Most ideas fail not because they are bad, but because they were never tested. In our Innovation Lab we find out early what works — before serious time and money are spent.
What happens in the lab
- Frame the problem — Who has the problem, how painful is it, and what do they do today?
- Build the smallest test — A prototype, a landing page, a pilot offer — whatever answers the question fastest.
- Talk to real customers — Interviews, trials and first sales give evidence instead of opinions.
- Decide — Go, pivot or stop. A clear “stop” is a good result: it saves resources for better ideas.
Principles of the lab
Fast
Short cycles with a clear question and a clear deadline for each experiment.
Evidence-based
We measure what customers do, not only what they say.
Honest
Results are shared openly — including the uncomfortable ones.
Promising results can move on directly into our Development concepts: the Startup Concept or the Scale-up / Growth Concept.
