2. Hosting and server log files
When you open this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. This is required to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted or anonymised after a short time, usually after a few days. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.
3. Cookies
This website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes for visitors. Technically necessary cookies are only created for logged-in editors in the administration area. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
4. Fonts
All fonts are stored locally on our server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other font service is made.
5. Contact form and e-mail
If you write to us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process your details (name, e-mail address, message and optional information) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries), and additionally (a) GDPR where you give explicit consent in the form.
The contact form does not use any external service. As protection against misuse, an anonymised hash of your IP address is stored briefly and expires automatically after about one minute. Your message is delivered to us by e-mail. We delete your details as soon as the request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Links to third parties and social networks
This website contains links to the websites of our brands and models and to Facebook, X (Twitter) and Vimeo. No plug-ins or content from these providers are embedded. Data is only transferred to the respective provider when you click a link; their privacy notices apply from that point.
7. Storage period
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods, for example under commercial and tax law.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). 9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de).
